Trampolines and soft play for U5's

Trying out trampolines at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre is a must for any Chigwell, Loughton or Woodford U5's. The centre has only been open since October 2016 so is still relatively new. It is very modern and has excellent facilities for the whole family. But on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am – 1 pm they run trampolines and soft play just for children under 5 years old.

This Soft Play and Tots Tramp session gives the little ones total access to the facilities for 60 mins. They receive a wristband for this time only as the centre do not let under 5's on the trampolines at other times when they are being used by older children.

Before you enter you have to sign some forms and buy your special trampolining socks but you can keep them and use them again. Once inside there are 23-floor trampolines and 11 wall ones which are all joined together. The children can bounce from one trampoline to the next. Even really little ones can find the whole thing hilarious, giggling the entire time.

More often than not everyone would like to spend longer on the trampolines. Luckily, there’s a great little cafe in the centre. It’s just next to the trampolines so drinks and snacks can be used to entice small people off the trampolines after they have worked up an appetite.

If you would rather have a less bouncy experience there is a well-equipped soft play area. It is in a room of its own which makes it secure and the little ones can’t run off.  But there are three levels to explore with a ball pit and colour-changing lights on the ground floor. With a range of soft play structure overhead. It’s not a massive soft play area but plenty to occupy a couple of under 5s for an hour.
