We believe continued success relies on being able to consistently delivering for each individual customer - every time and therefore we have the commitment, systems and processes that work.

We stay ahead of our competitors by continuously honing and evolving the definitions of 'better marketing' and 'better service' for customers and by recruiting, training and retaining the best people for Lawlors.

Lawlors rewards and benefits

Lawlors packages offer generous basic salaries and in many cases tiered commissions allowing top performers to really maximise their income. Lawlors operate a company pool car system available for use on appointments which keeps wear and tear on your own vehicle to a minimum.

Lawlors also have a range of other flexible employee benefits through our “choice matters” scheme and provide a generous escalating holiday allowance which goes up to 25 days in addition to all the statutory holidays.

Our salaries and incentives schemes are reviewed annually for consistency and fairness and we take the advice of respected recruitment agents in order to make them as attractive as possible.


Lawlors has always been a local, innovative and entrepreneurial business, we believe in the highest standard of ethics and service but encourage our staff not to be afraid to show their personality, engage with clients and get results. We are proud of our successes and there are quite a few we’ve been established over 25 years and the traditions we have built up in that time.
