Alasdair Carpenter has been an influential and significant force in the London property market for over 2 decades.
After finishing a business degree at Brunel University, Alasdair joined Chestertons as part of their graduate scheme. He then quickly moved to head up the UK operations for a multibillion-dollar Hong Kong based property fund.
However, after several years of working as a board level executive he decided he could bring a refreshing and unique twist to London estate agency.
In 2006 Alasdair launched Lourdes Estate Agents. This brand went on to be one of the market leading independent estate agents in London. The business went on to win a succession of industry recognised awards and was eventually sold to Stirling Ackroyd in 2018.
Throughout his illustrious career Alasdair has worked alongside some of the UK's most established developers, investors and property funds. He has worked in every aspect of property development from site sales, acquisitions, consultancy, project management, portfolio management, bespoke property funding, investment strategy and off plan sales.
As well as being a preeminent force in the property market, Alasdair was formally a talented athlete who has competed at a high level in a variety of sports.
