Lawlors Rewards and Benefits
Lawlors Sales and Lettings Packages offer generous basic salaries and in many cases tiered commissions allowing top performers to really maximise their income. Lawlors operate a company pool car system available for use on appointments which keeps wear and tear on your own vehicle to a minimum.
There is also a “star performers” competition in conjunction with Sister companies and staff are currently competing for a luxury two day trip to Hvar in Croatia.
Lawlors also have a range of other flexible employee benefits through our “choice matters” scheme and provide a generous escalating holiday allowance which goes up to 25 days in addition to all the statutory holidays.

Jimi Epps is Lawlors Operations Manager, Jimi believes in his open door policy and works tirelessly to ensure our systems and infrastructure allow our staff to do what they do best which is to sell and let property and deliver great customer service every day.
Training and Development
Lawlors are enthusiastic about training and developing staff, we have incentives in place to support you to get propertymark qualifications in sales and lettings as well as a number of in-house training courses. At present Lawlors are in the process of mapping all our systems and processes so that everyone can benefit from the wealth of knowledge and best practices shown by our senior members of staff.
Lawlors has always been a local, innovative and entrepreneurial business, we believe in the highest standard of ethics and service but encourage our staff not to be afraid to show their personality, engage with clients and get results.
