When you choose to let your property with Lawlors it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. As well as our offering of service levels there are a range of additional fees that you may incur for certain activities.

Fees associated with services
Lawlors Management Service includes the procedures as above but is subject to a one off administration charge for the first time that the property is let
£190 inc VAT
Lawlors Rent Collection and Tenant Find Services are subject to an administration charge payable upon each new tenancy
£130 inc VAT
1. Additional property visits:
To attend for specific requests such as neighbour disputes; more visits are required to monitor the tenancy; or any maintenance-linked visit
£60.00 inc VAT
2. Obtaining more than two contractors quotes
£24.00 inc VAT per quote
3. Arrangement fee for refurbishments
Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor;
Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works
Retaining any warranty or guarantee as a result of any works
£120.00 inc VAT
4. Renewal fee
Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement
2% deduction on previous years fee
5. Court Attendance
£60.00 inc VAT per hour plus any additional reasonable expenses
If you would like to know the cost of optional extras such as inventories, cleaning or compliance certificates these are available upon request.
