A single point of contact
Your dedicated property manager will call to introduce themselves, help with preparing the pre-tenancy paperwork, including safety checks.
We can pick up any minor maintenance before it becomes a major issue through regular and thorough property visits which allow us to assess how your property is being treated.
We have built up a valuable list of reliable, accredited and reputable contractors which are all referenced and vetted by us. Which helps get maintenance done efficiently and saves our clients money.
Managing the check out process
We organise the check-out, negotiate deposit deductions where necessary, evaluate dilapidation claims and deal with any disputes.
The Property Management Department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Outside of these hours you can send us a maintenance report via our fixflow reporting system https://lawlors.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate. We will then respond to this as soon as we return to the office.

Having bought a house through Lawlors Elite Homes: which in itself was a straight forward, positive experience, I was contacted by Sophie at Lawlors Lettings in Loughton asking whether I'd like their help in letting it. As a first time renter our agent Annabel made the process enjoyable and stress free, making sure to explain all steps along the way keeping us informed as well as being honest. Annabel was a pleasure to work with and we are now very excited to settle into our new home for the next year.

I have just rented my property through Lawlors for the third time. This one was a real challenge because i was in New York when one lot moved out and the other moved in. They sent me documents to sign and called me to check everything was ok. They helped me sort out check out photos at short notice and calculate the previous tenants notice fee. Great service and a friendly lot too.
