There is also a “star performers” competition in conjunction with Sister companies and staff are currently competing for a luxury two day trip to Hvar in Croatia.

Jimi Epps is Lawlors Operations Manager, Jimi believes in his open door policy and works tirelessly to ensure our systems and infrastructure allow our staff to do what they do best which is to sell and let property and deliver great customer service every day.
Lawlors are enthusiastic about training and developing staff, we have incentives in place to support you to get propertymark qualifications in sales and lettings as well as a number of in-house training courses. At present Lawlors are in the process of mapping all our systems and processes so that everyone can benefit from the wealth of knowledge and best practices shown by our senior members of staff.
