About Us
When Lawlors Property Services opened in 1989 we were facing
the most difficult challenges that a recession could bring.
During those times I would like to think that I developed
a method of selling and a standard of service which I believe
is exceptional and a ‘cut above the rest.’ I ensure that
all my staff have the same high standard of ethics and
ensure that they are fully trained and integrated into the
NAEA. Indeed, it is part of our conditions of employment
that all sales staff achieve property qualifications with the
National Association of Estate Agents. We also belong to
the Ombudsman scheme and ultimately believe that estate
agents should all be licensed. I am still passionate
about selling property and I have surrounded myself by
equally passionate people that want to sell your property. I have invested heavily in the latest technology and ensure that our staff and offices are fully integrated to work together to achieve this aim. Importantly, our staff are paid on a communal basis, therefore they work effectively as a team thus ensuring the highest integrity when dealing with your home. We are as determined to sell your property as you are and welcome the opportunity of receiving your instruction this year, as ever, by offering high standards of service.
James Lawlor F.N.A.E.A Partner
As Partners it is essential that we both bring something different to the business, and fortunate that we both have different skills. My role is to ensure that all financial aspects of the company run smoothly and that all matters relating to compliance and staff are handled correctly. We adhere to a strict code of conduct in accordance with the membership of professional associations such as the National Association of Estate Agents and, as a family run business, we offer a high level of understanding and integrity.
As Partner responsible for our lettings department I know it is essential to be extremely diligent when looking after landlords properties and ensuring that tenants are properly assessed to enable a smooth tenancy. Our clients expect and deserve a high level of personal service, and they know that we take a personal interest not only in the running of our business, but also in their property. We treat our clients in the manner which
we would like to be treated ourselves and, as a family run business, we can make changes instantly which enable
us to respond effectively to the many challenges the market presents.
